By signing up to use an account through www.bingtellar.com. or any of our associated websites, APIs or mobile applications (collectively the "Site"), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. This Agreement will govern the use of the Services provided by Bingtellar. By using the services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out on this Site (the "Agreement" ). This Agreement will come into effect when you confirm electronically that you agree to it.

DISCLAIMER: The User agrees and understands that the use of the Application is self-directed, and that Bingtellar will serve as an agent for purposes of carrying out the User’s directions to place and withdraw orders for the purchase of Cryptocurrency, from one of our partners, and disburse assets to the User’s wallet address indicated at the time of the order, or to take such other steps that are reasonably necessary to carry out the User’s directions (the “Services”), all subject to the conditions of these Terms of Use. At no point during a purchase will Bingtellar be in possession or in control of a User’s funds.  Purchases made through Bingtellar are one-off and executed uniquely, per customer initiated transaction.  Bingtellar does not provide trading or investment or brokerage accounts, nor does Bingtellar provide investment or any other financial advice.

1a. Eligibility.

By registering to use a Bingtellar Account and service, you represent and warrant that:

• As an individual, you are at least 18 or the legal age to form a binding contract under applicable laws.
• As an individual, legal person, or other organisation, you have the legal capacity and sufficient authorisations to enter these Terms.
• You will not open, or attempt to open, a Bingtellar Account under any name except your own; or use your Bingtellar Account to carry out transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Suppose you act as an employee or agent of a legal entity and enter into these terms on their behalf. In that case, you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights and authorisations to bind such a legal entity.
• Your use of Bingtellar’s Services will not violate any laws and regulations applicable to you, including but not limited to anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and counter-terrorist financing.
